- Start in undergarment
- Grab a soft measuring tape
- Bust: Wrap the soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Wrap the soft measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist
- Hips: With your feet together, wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips
